We have been writing home loans for over seven years, and have many satisfied customers. Our loans are aggregated through one of the largest aggregation services in Australia. This aggregator has over 500 brokers throughout Australia, writing over $200 million in home loans per month.

We are also members of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA)

So why was this site set up?

What we found over time, was that the finance for our customers was the easy part. The difficult part was finding a reputable housing supplier. We were particularly interested in brand new mum and dad residential investment properties. With this in mind, investorpac.com.au was created to help people finance and buy an investment property.

We are not real estate agents and do not sell property in Sydney.

If you are selling Sydney property

All we do is introduce you to a licensed agent  who is a discount real estate agent who will sell your property for a flat fee of 1% plus GST, a total of 1.1% of the sale price. We do not charge you the customer.
